These Terms and Conditions constitute the legal agreement between you and v44. By registering an account or using any product or service on the v44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. v44 accounts are available to individuals aged 21 and above only. One account per person, per CNIC, per household. Full identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed. Pakistani players must provide valid CNIC documentation.
All bonuses at v44 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds, and expiry windows are specified in each individual promotion's terms. General bonus rules in Section 7 apply to all offers.

v44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within the timeframe specified by v44 may result in account suspension.
3.1 Age Requirement. The v44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. v44 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and original deposit amounts will be returned to the source payment method where feasible.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold one and only one v44 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.3 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including their legal full name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. v44 is entitled to rely on the information provided at registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.4 Account Approval. v44 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Registration does not guarantee that a Player will be permitted to deposit or withdraw funds until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.1 Credentials Security. Players are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their v44 login credentials, including their username, password, and any OTP codes. v44 will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify v44 immediately via live chat support. v44 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation. v44 will not be liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
4.3 Account Currency. v44 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and betting stakes are expressed and settled in PKR.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. v44 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the v44 help centre. Players will be notified prior to any deduction. Accounts with a zero balance after the applicable notice period may be closed.
5.1 KYC Obligation. v44 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests, as part of its obligations under its international gaming license framework and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.
5.4 Processing Time. v44 aims to process standard KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of all required documents. Players will be notified by their registered contact details upon KYC approval or if additional information is required.
6.1 Accepted Methods. v44 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. v44 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
6.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit to a Player's v44 account within 5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the Player's banking institution. Card deposits are typically instant.
6.4 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
6.5 No Deposit Charges. v44 does not charge fees on deposits. However, Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside v44's control.
6.6 Rejected Deposits. v44 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made from an unverified payment method, or made in breach of these Terms. In such cases, v44 will contact the Player via their registered details to resolve the matter.
7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have satisfactorily completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified Players will be held pending completion of the KYC process.
7.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, to the extent that this is technically possible. v44 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction.
7.4 Processing Times. v44 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes after KYC verification is confirmed:
7.5 Withdrawal Review. v44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for large amounts. Players subject to additional review will be notified and the standard processing time will be suspended pending completion of the review.
7.6 Bonus Balance. Any Bonus Funds remaining in a Player's account that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be removed from the account. Only the Real Money Funds component of the account balance is withdrawable, subject to applicable wagering requirements having been satisfied.
8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by v44 are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, as published on the v44 promotions page, in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's v44 account must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
8.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live sports betting and live casino games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slot contributions vary by game. Some games — including certain progressive jackpot titles — may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published with the relevant offer.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. v44 operates sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, hedge bets designed to artificially meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus terms; and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended.
8.5 Welcome Bonus. The v44 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per CNIC, per household, per IP address, per payment method. Players who have previously held a v44 account — even if that account was subsequently closed — are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
9.1 Sports Betting. All sports betting at v44 is governed by v44's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, v44's Sports Betting Rules shall be the primary reference document.
9.2 Casino Games. All casino games at v44 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealing procedures that are independently verified under v44's international gaming license framework. Published RTP (return to player) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
9.3 Void Bets and Error Correction. v44 reserves the right to void any bet, settle any bet at corrected odds, or reopen markets for resettlement where a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or system error has occurred. Players will be notified of any such correction affecting their bets. v44 does not assume liability for bets placed on erroneous prices caused by technical issues outside its reasonable control.
9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games at v44. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by v44 at its discretion, including on a per-Player basis where abnormal betting patterns are identified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at v44 and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one v44 account, or assisting another person in creating an account on their behalf.
10.2 False Identity: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC, or impersonating any other person.
10.3 Money Laundering: Using the v44 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
10.4 Fraud: Attempting to defraud v44 through chargebacks, reversals, or any other mechanism; using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
10.5 Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the v44 Platform without express written authorisation from v44.
10.6 Collusion: Colluding with other Players in casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
10.7 Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having foreknowledge of any match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other integrity violation in any sport on which v44 offers betting markets.
10.8 Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, system malfunction, pricing error, or loophole in v44's systems for financial gain.
All content on the v44 Platform — including but not limited to the v44 brand name, logo, game content, software, text, images, graphics, user interface design, and underlying code — is the proprietary intellectual property of v44 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms or on the v44 Platform grants any Player a licence to reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any v44 intellectual property without the express prior written consent of v44.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the v44 Platform for their own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, redistribution, or reverse engineering of any v44 software or content.
12.1 Player Commitment. v44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour and to providing Pakistani players with the tools and information they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. v44 takes its duty of care obligations seriously and these are embedded in the platform's design, not merely stated in policy documents.

13.1 Suspension by v44. v44 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions; the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; the account is subject to a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request; or the account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
13.2 Closure by Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting v44 live chat support. Any pending withdrawal requests and verified real money balances will be processed and returned to the Player's verified payment method following standard KYC checks and provided no active investigations are pending. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise agreed.
13.3 Self-Exclusion. Where account closure is requested by a Player as part of a self-exclusion for problem gambling, the account will be permanently flagged in v44's systems and the Player will be blocked from re-registering for the duration of the exclusion period. v44 will make reasonable efforts to identify and reject registration attempts from self-excluded individuals.
14.1 Service Availability. v44 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available continuously. However, v44 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or circumstances outside v44's reasonable control may result in Platform unavailability. v44 will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, subject to applicable gaming license requirements.
14.2 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the v44 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
14.3 Maximum Liability. Where v44 is found liable to a Player for any matter arising under these Terms and Conditions, v44's total liability to that Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 No Liability for Third-Party Payment Issues. v44 is not liable for delays, errors, or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, or Mastercard. Players experiencing such issues should contact their payment provider directly in addition to notifying v44 support.
v44's collection, use, storage, and protection of Players' personal data is governed by v44's Privacy Policy, which is available at v44.asia/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept v44's Privacy Policy. v44 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards as required under its international gaming license framework.
v44 will not sell, rent, or disclose a Player's personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without that Player's explicit consent. v44 may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or licensed third-party service providers where required by law or gaming license obligations.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under v44's international gaming license jurisdiction. Players acknowledge that the v44 platform operates under international gaming license terms and that this jurisdiction governs the relationship between v44 and its Players.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and v44, the Player should first contact v44's live support team to seek an informal resolution. v44 will endeavour to address all Player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted via live chat or the registered support email.
16.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may escalate the matter in writing to v44 management via the support email at [email protected]. v44 will respond to escalated complaints within 20 business days. Players retain any rights available to them under the laws of Pakistan in addition to the rights set out in these Terms.
v44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or responsible gaming provisions — v44 will provide Players with at least 14 calendar days' advance notice via their registered email or mobile number before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the v44 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Players who do not accept the amended terms may close their account before the effective date and withdraw any verified Real Money Funds balance, free of the disputed terms.
